It was because the server was setup differently than others with a different service account. I ran into the Business connector account issue and the solution here fixed it.<br />On the other hand, I have a question regarding your proposed solution in part4. <br />I am on Windows Server 2012 (ForestLevel & DomainLevel both set to Windows 2012 I think). In the AD the Windows Authorization Access Group and Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible already have "Enterprise domain controllers" and "Authenticated users" in them respectively. Yet, I still encounter this error when setting up AX2012. Maybe that's because of changes in Windows 2012 domain?
